Effective January 1, 2026, the Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) is authorized to approve individual Continuing Education courses and course providers to deliver Continuing Education to license holders. All course accreditation applications must be submitted for approval to the AIC for single course accreditation or to become a self-accredited course provider.
